Since 2024, Courtyard by Marriott Taipei has fully adopted cage-free eggs certified by the Friendly Egg Alliance and EAST Animal Welfare Standard, becoming one of the first hotels in Taiwan to actively support the “End Cage Farming” movement. Through its procurement policy of “Good Chickens Make Good Eggs”, the hotel demonstrates a strong commitment to animal welfare and sustainable dining practices.

The hotel’s restaurant, Moonlight Cantonese Cuisine, offers the “Earth-to-Table Premium Solo Set Menu”, featuring locally sourced ingredients such as Cherry Duck, naturally raised pork, and Taitung Chihshang rice, meticulously prepared through more than 20 culinary processes. This menu has been consecutively recognized for six years with star ratings by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Taiwan Agricultural Multidisciplinary Development Association (AMOT), reflecting the hotel’s dedication to food safety, traceability, and sustainable gastronomy from farm to table.
