2. Resource Integration and Implementation

We have established a Research and Development Design Management System and an Outsourced R&D Management System to enhance output efficiency and ensure the rigorous implementation of IP protection.
3. Core Management Categories

Patent Management: Technical or design development is conducted by internal units, with external patent firms planning the patent portfolio. These patents are primarily used for product development to provide brand-extending merchandise and services.

Trademark Management: An annual trademark inventory is conducted, and a trademark list is published in the internal shared repository to help all subsidiary units stay updated on the company’s latest intellectual property information.

Trade Secret Management: Employees have a duty of confidentiality regarding the company's operations, business, and customer data. Whether current or former employees, they must not disclose information or use it for personal or third-party gain; violators will face legal liability.
