Dream & Hope Learning Program
Launched by the Chuangfu Cultural and Educational Foundation in partnership with Leofoo Tourism Group, the “Dream & Hope Learning Program” has so far supported over 80,000 children from rural and underprivileged communities, helping them realize their dreams of visiting theme parks and zoos. Each month, disadvantaged groups from rural areas can apply through the foundation’s website, providing more children who have never visited Leofoo Village with the opportunity to engage with animals and experience hands-on environmental education and wildlife conservation.
For many disadvantaged or rural children, traveling far from home is a significant challenge. To address this, the foundation and Leofoo Tourism Group have collaborated to pool donations from individuals and corporate partners, covering necessary accommodation, meals, and transportation for these visits. Over the past 15 years, the program has invested tens of millions of New Taiwan Dollars, aiming to inspire more companies and generous citizens to contribute. Through donations via the foundation’s website, more children can fulfill their dreams while learning in a joyful environment, experiencing ecology up close, and developing a deeper understanding of animals.
This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, including Quality Education (SDG 4), Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), and Life on Land (SDG 15), promoting equitable access to educational and ecological opportunities for all children.
