Leofoo Tourism Group operates on the principles of Integrity, Transparency, and Responsibility. Our "Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles" (last amended and approved by the Board on March 20, 2020) serve as the foundation for preventing unethical conduct. The Human Resources Department leads the promotion of these values across all functional departments, with regular audits and annual reports provided to the Board (latest report: December 30, 2025).

Whistleblowing & Communication Channels
We promote "Integrity Management Regulations" on our official internal and external websites to ensure transparency.
- Reporting Channels Internal "Employee Suggestion Boxes" and dedicated email accounts are available for reporting misconduct.
- Independent Investigation A designated independent unit is responsible for receiving and investigating reports. If a report is verified, rewards are granted according to company work rules.
- Whistleblower Protection
We implement strict confidentiality measures for whistleblowers:
- Identity information is kept strictly confidential.
- Protection against retaliatory actions, including dismissal, demotion, salary reduction, or any disadvantageous treatment prohibited by law or contract.
