Dividend Policy

The Company's dividend policy is determined in consideration of current and future development plans, the investment environment, capital requirements, domestic and international competition, and shareholders’ interests.

Provided that free cash flow is sufficient to support dividend distributions and debt repayments, the Company allocates no less than 50% of distributable earnings each year for shareholder dividends. Cash dividends shall account for at least 10% of total dividends.

The form and ratio of profit distribution may be adjusted, subject to the Company’s actual earnings and financial position for the year, and upon resolution by the shareholders' meeting.
